PRODUCTION CAPACITY
There are 3 fully automatic high speed SMT assembly lines and 15 employees in the SMT workshop, with a daily capacity of 10,000 to 30,000 PCS LED modules. At present, the utilization rate of the two SMT lines is 60. Danyang Yubo Photoelectric has 10 assembly lines and 36 employees in the assembly workshop, including 30 senior employees who have worked for more than 3 years. They are stable and familiar with product production process and product quality standards. At present, the daily capacity of the assembly workshop is 10,000-30,000 PCS LED modules, and the utilization rate of the 10 production lines is 50%.
